Let’s take a look at their combined numbers over the course of the past 45 days:
- 88 - Combined Session Hours = Average of 4 classes per week.
- 100% on food logs 18/18
- 9/9 on all three weigh in days.
- Combined weight lost: 44.4lbs
- Body Fat Lost: 19.2%!
- Muscle Mass Gained: 8.9%
- Inches lost around the waist: 11.5 inches!
For the
past 6 weeks Tricia, Michelle, and Marty were humble to learn, hungry to
better themselves (not to eat pizza), and committed to bringing a kick
ass attitude to the gym every day. The numbers speak for themselves.
It's success stories like these that Varsity House is built upon, and for that we thank you! In appreciation of their commitment, they've each been awarded free memberships of 6 months, 3 months, and 1 month to the VHouse! It’s no easy feat to be crowned the champion of this highly sought after award. Many people dedicated themselves toward making a change and change they did. Combined the challengers lost over 570lbs and 177 inches off their midsection. This group mentality, a true support system if you will, brings out the best of everyone at VH positive reinforcement, competition, and challenges are what make this organization thrive. I’ve seen alot over these bpast 9 years - Records have been broken and standards have been increased. We’ve had athletes start in the Junior program make it all the way to the professional ranks and have had people lose over 100lbs! People BELIEVE in whatever goal they set out to achieve. Those attainments are accredited to the entire group, not a sole person or coach.
