Hey Everyone!
The 6 week transformation challenge has been going great! Each team has been working hard and we have been seeing some great results! Our leader as of now has lost an outstanding 22 pounds with a number of people in the 15-20 pound range as well. Most of our warriors have been very consistent with their attendance and we are very happy to see how dedicated each member is not only their own but their teams success.
The beginning of the program consisted of mainly cardio, allowing for some of our newcomers a chance to get acclimated to the rigors of some high intensity exercise. Each week we have picked up the intensity and added more work. After a blistering hot first night in the gym we were glad to see everyone show up for some more work the next day. It is safe to say the first day is always the hardest and everyone who was present that day knows it sure wasn’t easy. We have followed a program that has stepped up each week to be more badass then the week before. The second two weeks consisted of much more weighted work and it was great to see the groups pumping some iron! Within these last two weeks I plan to see some all out effort with some intense circuit training. If you have made it to a Saturday morning session you know what is in store. If you haven’t, get ready to finish the challenge with some fire power!
I look forward to seeing everyone achieving their goals these last few weeks and keeping the energy through the roof! It has been great to see everyone working together and keeping the atmosphere as intense as ever! Finish strong!!
