Coach Nicks "Weekly Warrior Workout"


This little workout is a finisher for either a hard upper, lower, or full body workout. I have received great feedback from past clients who have been put through this brutal finisher at the end of a workout. The hand walk finisher has resulted in a great core workout and the crab walk finisher gets your legs pumping!  You can do this at home on your own treadmill or your local gym if you want to add some craziness to the end of your workouts. Switch it up if you like. Side to side, feet on the treadmill with hands off in a pushup position, or elevate your one foot during the handwalk. TRY IT OUT!!!
