Hey Everyone,

Tune in each Wednesday to our website for my video blog, “Nick’s Workout Warrior Wednesdays”. I will be uploading a video of workouts, exercises, and some “at-home” personal fitness tips. You will see some of the ways I have beaten up my own body as well as others who have had the guts to come along for the ride. Most of the exercises will consist of bodyweight or the use of minimal equipment to achieve a great workout. My goal is to teach the everyday gym rat a few new additions to their daily workouts to change things up. I tend to get bored with the everyday same routine so if you are looking for a change in your routine stay current with my blogs and challenge yourselves.

This workout is something I use for a quick sweat and pump for my wrestlers since I was in high school and it has always made my heart race and the fat burn off. It is a simple “go-to” workout when you are in a rush, need to switch it up, or just want an awesome pump! You can vary up the weights, reps, sets, or volume to whichever works best for you. I like to start the average athlete off with a simple 3 rounds of 10 per exercise. This particular workout can also be done with any piece of equipment you have nearby (Plate, Kettlebell, DB, one of your kids, or a medicine ball)
